It’s the weekend once again. After a grueling week, we are all looking forward to the weekend. Our weekend will not be complete without having our weekend breakfast. Last Tuesday, I shared our breakfast during National Sports Day. We can’t move on yet from the omelet, pork ham, and spinach. So for this weekend’s breakfast, I cooked another round of serving for the omelet and sauteed spinach.
To add a bit of variety, we still have white button mushrooms so I sauteed a few of them over garlic and butter. For our carbs, I bought croissants from Monoprix and have them re-heat. So there you have it, our omelet, pork ham, sauteed spinach, and mushroom with a croissant. Bon appétit!
