It’s during these times that I’ve opted for a smarter approach – embracing the notion of bringing my own carefully prepared packed lunch to the office.

Every weekend, Lovsy and I hit the grocery like we are embarking on a mini-adventure. We’re all about that veggie and fruit aisle, handpicking our lunchtime heroes like seasoned pros. And let me tell you, we’re not exactly Michelin-star picky eaters – more like flexible foodies on a mission.
