Egg has always been a staple in our breakfast. I used to prepare sunny side up but today, I decided to make an omelet. We still have loaf bread I bought from our weekend grocery and I craved for carbs so French toast is not a bad idea to pair with the omelet. There is still sliced pork ham unserved and supposedly for our New Year’s celebration, so I brought that out and took a few slices. Aside from egg, spinach is becoming the usual leafy vegetable we add to our breakfast, so the sauteed spinach totally completed our breakfast.
So there you have it guys, another breakfast for hungry monsters like us.
